He also Executive Produced Sommore: The Queen Stands Alone (Comedy Central). As the first Black male representative to become a member of the prestigious Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, Mitchell has made a significant impact on the industry. With over 20 years of experience, he has packaged more than 60 films and TV projects, with 7 trips to the Oscars resulting in 3 wins for creatives of color. Mitchell did so as a Motion Picture Packaging agent at CAA & ICM.
After college and working a short stint at The White House, he represented photographers for 3 yrs. He then switched mediums to begin the UTA training program, and 20 years and going demonstrates his commitment to making an impact through Art + Media, Social Justice, and Civil Rights.
Mitchell's passion for the arts began at a young age, growing up as a child of The Kennedy Center, where he cultivated his taste and love for the arts. As a husband and father of two, he brings a unique perspective to the industry and is focused on making a difference.

The Los Angeles based music mogul is best known for producing three of Beyonce's biggest albums, I am...Sasha Fierce, B'Day and The Dreamgirls soundtrack. He has also produced hit projects with Solange, Kelly Rowland, Michele Williams, Ron Isley, YG, B2k & Tydolla$ign. With well over a decade of experience in the business, Gousse has blazed a trail of success stories that makes him a sought after "advisor to the stars" and a board member of several fledgling music tech companies. Founded in 2014, Gousse is currently Chairman and Principal of Artistry Group, a full-service entertainment powerhouse that encompasses management, record label, and film development services. Some notable successes include the growth and evolution of platinum selling rapper, Saweetie as well as establishing multiple partnership with Def Jam, Warner, and Epic Records. Most recently, notable clients on the Artistry roster includes Songwriter Sean Garrett, Music Producers Teddy Riley and Keyz (of Ayo n Keyz). Gousse recently joined the Black Music Action Coalition, which advises the major record label CEOs on diversity initiatives. He is also Manager Global Strategy, Partner and an Advisory Board member.
